The horn is where the process meets your part, and it has to be right: tuned to frequency, shaped to the joint, made from the right material. Techspan supplies genuine Rinco tooling — titanium, aluminium and steel horns, anvils and fixtures — custom-designed by Rinco's Swiss tool room, with FEM verification for demanding geometries.
