Servo-electric 20 kHz welder for large parts and fully validated processes.
The Electrical Motion 2-20 replaces pneumatics with a servo drive, controlling welding force, speed and amplitude exactly, with trigger and braking points regulated independently of one another. Events and changes are written to an audit trail that cannot be deleted, so traceability and process reliability are guaranteed. It is built for welding and punching thermoplastics, non-wovens and textiles of medium to large size — and for any 20 kHz application where process validation matters.
